An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
- Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory: A complete, uninterrupted video must be recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked, without edits or pauses.
- Clear images required: Submit clear images of the outer package, product, and reported issue along with the unboxing video.
- Missing documentation: Requests without the required images and unboxing video submitted within 12 hours may be declined.
- Product condition: Eligible returns must include the original packaging, accessories, labels and other items supplied with the product.
- Customized products: Customized products are not eligible for return, replacement or cancellation once production has started.

This is the most fragrant incense I've ever used. I had no intention of buying incense, but when I walked past it in the store, I wanted it. It's so amazing that I went and found this website in order to find out what is the scent (It's sandalwood, but I've never found any sandalwood so fragrant), and while I'm here I might as well write a review.

The fragrance is good but a few of them got extinguished in between, not sure if it's because of the manufacturing process or the materials
thanks for the great products. As suggested earlier, please keep on sharing samples of new products (like vasu sambrani dhoop) which I found in either 3iin1 or sandulum and now purchase whoop as well apart from 3in1 and sandulum. For fragrances in agarbatti, this is the best way to promote new product line.

I was using Hathi brand sandalwood incense stick for last 30 yrs but recently for few years they increased the rose perfume over sandal perfume that is why I wanted to switch over to your best sandal perfume brand Sandalum,but I am not satisfied with the smell.
