An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
- Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory: A complete, uninterrupted video must be recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked, without edits or pauses.

Not as it was though as per description. Yes, it is charcoal free but not a masala dhoop of guggul loban chandan camphor marua ghee etc. A citronella/lemon grass like smell id dominant over all.

This is good for those who would like to have a calm atmosphere / ambience. It suits those who would like a good fragrance for the calm ambience for meditation.
Bit strong fragrance but good ash remains intact does not spread
Like others, this product is also nice. Only problem is that received ENTIRE quantity in broken condition (broken in small pieces) due to poor packing. Almost impossible to use this product. Packaging needs to be improved to a great level - especially for online orders.
