our shipping policy:

• The shipping time may vary depending on the location and availability of the product. We dispatch from different locations; hence you may receive more than 1 tracking update for your order.
• We provide a tracking number for every order once it has been shipped. You will receive a WhatsApp message and email with the tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package.
• Please note that our shipping times may be impacted by factors such as unexpected weather events and national holidays, which may delay the delivery of your order.
• In such case of incorrect shipping information, the product will be returned to us by our delivering partner and a coupon code or gift card will be issued.

An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
 

• Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
• Unboxing video is mandatory: A complete, uninterrupted video must be recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked, without edits or pauses.
• Clear images required: Submit clear images of the outer package, product, and reported issue along with the unboxing video.
• Missing documentation: Requests without the required images and unboxing video submitted within 12 hours may be declined.
• Product condition: Eligible returns must include the original packaging, accessories, labels and other items supplied with the product.
• Customized products: Customized products are not eligible for return, replacement or cancellation once production has started.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to verification and approval. Shipping, packaging, COD, bank and other service charges are non-refundable.
• Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
