An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
- Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory: A complete, uninterrupted video must be recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked, without edits or pauses.
- Clear images required: Submit clear images of the outer package, product, and reported issue along with the unboxing video.
- Missing documentation: Requests without the required images and unboxing video submitted within 12 hours may be declined.
- Product condition: Eligible returns must include the original packaging, accessories, labels and other items supplied with the product.
- Customized products: Customized products are not eligible for return, replacement or cancellation once production has started.

The best brand at keeping mosquitoes at bay -but be careful, it stains walls when improperly kept and can cause itchy eyes!

I have been using the garden incense for more than 3 years and am mighty impressed. Please dont stop making them. It is so effective to keep insects and mosquitoes away. It burns for a long time and the smell is not irritating. I have recommended the same to all my friends and famil.

7 Nos. of 16" - Garden incense with terracotta holder this only on your website, my thought it was garden flowers smells.....not mentioned its outdoor use only odor not much good , headache.please mention its only for outdoor....
