Sacred Scriptures suggest using chosen metals in temples and at home for pooja and other auspicious rituals. Natural metals like copper, brass, bronze, silver and gold are best suited for pooja. Utensils made of clay/terracotta and stone are also considered auspicious. Shastras also categorizes metals as inauspicious and immune.
It is believed that the pooja utensils become more auspicious when used regularly as they absorb and retain the positive energy that emanates in the puja space. Hence older pooja utensils used by elders are preserved in the house as a mark of reverence.
The arghya or offerings or water offering is one of the sixteen upacharas (Shodasha Upachaara). The wide rimmed aesthetically designed Arghya Patre helps hold the arghya during the pooja. This Arghyapatre from Pujaroom is made of brass and is a divine addition to your pooja space.

Cleaning Instructions: Wash it with water and if required scrub it gently with Cycle Pure Navin Shining Powder.
Caution: Do not use harsh chemicals on brass. Leaving cleaning agents on the surface for too long might corrode the surface.

An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
- Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory: A complete, uninterrupted video must be recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked, without edits or pauses.
- Clear images required: Submit clear images of the outer package, product, and reported issue along with the unboxing video.
- Missing documentation: Requests without the required images and unboxing video submitted within 12 hours may be declined.
- Product condition: Eligible returns must include the original packaging, accessories, labels and other items supplied with the product.
- Customized products: Customized products are not eligible for return, replacement or cancellation once production has started.
- Refunds: Refunds are subject to verification and approval. Shipping, packaging, COD, bank and other service charges are non-refundable.
- Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
