Directions of Use
- Place incense/sambrani/dhoop away from flammable materials on a fireproof and heat resistance surface/incense burner.
- Light the coated end in case of incense stick/agarbathi or the top in case of cone or sambrani, allow flame to catch; gently blow out the flame.
- In case of wet dhoop, take the required quantity in hand and knead it well and make it into the shape of a cone before lighting the tip of the cone.
Caution
Keep the burning Incense away from inflammable material, on a fireproof and heat-resistant Surface. Do not ingest and keep out of reach of pets. Use with care in a well-ventilated space.
- Place on a Heat-Resistant Surface: Always use an appropriate incense holder or burner that is heat-resistant and stable to prevent tipping.
- Keep Away from Flammable Materials: Ensure the incense sticks are placed away from curtains, papers, and other flammable objects.
- Ventilation: Use in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling concentrated smoke. Open windows or use fans to circulate air.
- Never Leave Unattended: Do not leave burning incense sticks unattended. Extinguish them completely before leaving the room or going to sleep.
- Keep Out of Reach of Children and Pets: Ensure that children and pets cannot access the burning incense sticks to prevent accidents.
- Use in Moderation: Avoid excessive use in small, enclosed spaces to prevent respiratory irritation.
- Extinguish Properly: Make sure the incense stick is fully extinguished after use. You can do this by dipping the tip in water or pressing it against a non-flammable surface.
- Store Safely: Store incense sticks in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain their quality and prevent accidental ignition.

An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
- Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory: A complete, uninterrupted video must be recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked, without edits or pauses.
- Clear images required: Submit clear images of the outer package, product, and reported issue along with the unboxing video.
- Missing documentation: Requests without the required images and unboxing video submitted within 12 hours may be declined.
- Product condition: Eligible returns must include the original packaging, accessories, labels and other items supplied with the product.
- Customized products: Customized products are not eligible for return, replacement or cancellation once production has started.
- Refunds: Refunds are subject to verification and approval. Shipping, packaging, COD, bank and other service charges are non-refundable.
- Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
