An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
- Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory: A complete, uninterrupted video must be recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked, without edits or pauses.
- Clear images required: Submit clear images of the outer package, product, and reported issue along with the unboxing video.
- Missing documentation: Requests without the required images and unboxing video submitted within 12 hours may be declined.
- Product condition: Eligible returns must include the original packaging, accessories, labels and other items supplied with the product.
- Customized products: Customized products are not eligible for return, replacement or cancellation once production has started.

I bought this fragrance without knowing how it smells and just bought Amber Spice. On first usage I didn't liked but later as it settled down, it was absolutely amazing and this fragrance has grown on me over the time. Somehow I also got lavender fragrance from the store and it's also a great fragrance. But I personally like amber spice, it's long lasting and has luxury fragrance vibes.

Product was damaged in transit. There was spill and the spray cap was not working properly. Have got a damaged and broken product and i have converted the liquid to another bottle and the quantity was 40% available after the damage. Product was okay
I bought ocean dream. The fragrance does not last long and is slightly oily, creates marks on car floor mats.

The product really smells good, I have a light cream color car interior when we spray this, it leaves very light stain wherever it's sprayed, Make sure you spray it on darker part or just near your foot controls. The rest is cool.
