An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
- Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.

I have been using since from 2 years ago, It's my favorite fragrance agarbatti, when ever I used to small I fill like I am eating pineapple and thats it, just have it once you will be crazy after having it's fragrance....

I have been using this product for a long time. My suggestion is not about the product but the offer of soap with it. I usually throw off the soap because it is so small and not good. instead, you may give match box, which is good and useful.

I purchased this new item in February 2020. I was so delighted with the fragrance that I re-ordered it again in March. I am sorry to say that I am disappointed with the second lot that I purchased. When the first purchase filled the room with Pineapple fragrance, the second purchase does not even have the semblance of Pineapple fragrance. As a long time user of your products, would request you to kindly check this and take corrective action.
