An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
- Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory: A complete, uninterrupted video must be recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked, without edits or pauses.
- Clear images required: Submit clear images of the outer package, product, and reported issue along with the unboxing video.
- Missing documentation: Requests without the required images and unboxing video submitted within 12 hours may be declined.
- Product condition: Eligible returns must include the original packaging, accessories, labels and other items supplied with the product.
- Customized products: Customized products are not eligible for return, replacement or cancellation once production has started.
- Refunds: Refunds are subject to verification and approval. Shipping, packaging, COD, bank and other service charges are non-refundable.

I recently bought the Stop-O Refill for Power Spray and I'm really impressed with it. The fragrance is really nice and doesn't overpower the space. I have been an erstwhile employee for Pure Prayer in the KMK Towers office, Bangalore. I was heading the Call Center @ Pure Prayer. I have been using your products and personally feel that the Chandanam and Jasmine Lia room freshner is a bit too strong in odour. It could have been milder. The other products that I have used are excellent.
