An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
- Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory: A complete, uninterrupted video must be recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked, without edits or pauses.
- Clear images required: Submit clear images of the outer package, product, and reported issue along with the unboxing video.
- Missing documentation: Requests without the required images and unboxing video submitted within 12 hours may be declined.
- Product condition: Eligible returns must include the original packaging, accessories, labels and other items supplied with the product.
- Customized products: Customized products are not eligible for return, replacement or cancellation once production has started.
- Refunds: Refunds are subject to verification and approval. Shipping, packaging, COD, bank and other service charges are non-refundable.

Perfect oil for pooja
I used plain gingelly oil, various brands puja oil but cycle brand parijatha and jasmine puja oil are excellent and very long burning time. Really awesome.
But it should be available in near by stores also

This is my favorite Puja oil. I like the fragrance and the consistency of this oil.

Very Good for Pooja. The oil is a mix of various oil and the diya lasts long time.
The fragrance for the parijata pure pooja oil is light but the quality of oil is good when you buy other oils they get thick and form lumps in winter but this oil is thin even in winter and the diya burns well. Cycle products stand for quality.

Product is wonderful and i am repeat customer but logistic support is worst. Have ordered the product on 29/06/2022, but product has not yet been delivered by xpressbees even though cycle team has sent on time. Please change your logistic agents. They will bring wrong perception to your products.
