An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
- Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory: A complete, uninterrupted video must be recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked, without edits or pauses.
- Clear images required: Submit clear images of the outer package, product, and reported issue along with the unboxing video.
- Missing documentation: Requests without the required images and unboxing video submitted within 12 hours may be declined.

Puja Broom
Although the concept is good, while cleaning, the broom’s bristles kept falling and so it got only dirtier each time and this became double the exercise. The production team needs to keep this in mind. I did enjoy using the broom to clean my temple.
