An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
- Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.

Ultimate product. I regret ordering only one piece. I should have ordered a little more. Apart from one concern I have the product is very good. Long lasting aroma. Rather than bamboo stick please use some other wood.
