An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
- Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory: A complete, uninterrupted video must be recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked, without edits or pauses.

- Missing documentation: Requests without the required images and unboxing video submitted within 12 hours may be declined.

I am using water Agarbathis very long period, it's my most favourite! I have tried other variants also but as a sweet and cool essence of this water sticks are splendid.So I don't want to change it! but Mr Ranga Rao not produce this sufficient haha.take regards.thanks to all cycle team.
Company is charging packaging of product which is too much and as we are purchasing directly from company so company have no middleman to whom company is giving margin, moreover company is charging MRP....so very shocked and surprised that instead of giving any discount, as company has not to pay any margin to middleman, company is looting through package charges from it's customer. That margin should be use as package charges. So think over it. I will not order any your product in future. It's better to purchase through local vendor.

I personally find the fragrance really soothing and fresh. Dont directly smell after opening the packet. Just let it burn and the smell will get better eventually. It burn for almost around 45mins.
