An unboxing video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery to care@cycle.in for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.
- Report within 12 hours: Return/replacement/refund requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or tampered products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.

The product is best amongst all the competitors no doubt about it. I will be very happy if the company could strengthen their distribution network for this kind of product. The long length of agarbattis get squeezed in courier and the damaged goods no longer useful.

All things very good the problem regarding 19" aggarbatti is that it takes time to burn.,there is too much smoke in the house. I have much stock,when it requires I will place the order.
